Everything you and I need is already in our hands. We’re often unable to see it because of our perspective. Developing our mindset or character is essential to maximizing what we’ve been given. What is in your hands?
Silence does not mean inactivity.
Taking a break from the front lines of social media is necessary.
I have a love-hate relationship with social media. The pressure is to show up, perform, and build our brands. Yes, we have a different level of access because of it. But what is God saying and doing? Sometimes, we get so enamored in the crowd that we forget God is leading us to the secret place of one-on-one time with him. God receives glory when we make decisions from our relationship with him. He knows what you need to develop. Sometimes, that means going offline for a season.
Social media is optional.
We must be willing to know when it’s time to draw back and rest.
I desire to be where God is at all times. Both in-season and out-of-season. If he isn’t there, I am not going. If he isn’t going, neither am I. At this moment in time, I am finding God in the mundane of strategic partnerships.
How do we cultivate the NOW without getting lost in tomorrow?
“Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble (Matthew 6:34).”
God is calling us to focus on today by being fully present.
Being fully present for me looks like taking my talents offline. I have developed an offline plan that you can duplicate and adjust based on God's instructions.
My Offline Plan
Nurture meaningful relationships and allow God to remove out-of-season ones.
Create an updated book outline, write two weekly chapters, and share with my growing list of eight subscribers in real-time. Become an exclusive subscriber to enjoy the behind-the-scenes.
Document my journey through vlogs on YouTube.
Commit to writing at least 2x a month on For the One Like Me.
Spend less time on Instagram and Facebook.
Invest in online courses, read or listen to books, and engage in thought-provoking discussions.
Meal prep to reduce times of distractions.
I encourage you to write your action plan and watch what God does. It is time to go offline.
Lean into God.
Let Him fortify your strength and renew your soul through strategic partnerships and one-on-one time with Him. #keepgoing

This was confirmation for me 💜
My strategic plan for this season will be :
1. Listening to Bible scriptures while I drive and not sermons
2. What what I eat
3. Listen more speak less
4. Analyze everything
5. Do a vlog on my journey
6. Complete final touches to my book
7. Work on business
8. Be involved in my career program
9. Spend 1 hour on social media
I love this! Trying to show up and perform on social media can be tiresome. I never thought of an offline plan!!! All of this is confirmation because I made a commitment to not be on my personal page on IG and only be on my business page.
